Gr4ffiti Terms of Use

1. About Gr4ffiti

Gr4ffiti is a public, anonymous wall for short text and optional media. There are no accounts, profiles, or public scores. Content is public and may be ephemeral.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with all applicable laws. If you are using Gr4ffiti on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Anonymous Use

Gr4ffiti does not require accounts. We use a browser-based anonymous session ID to operate the service and apply basic safety and rate limits.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for anything you post. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content. By posting, you grant Gr4ffiti a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for operating and improving the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or encouraging self-harm. You also agree not to spam, scrape, or interfere with the service.

6. Moderation and Removal

We use soft moderation. Content may fade, be hidden, or be removed based on reports, automated signals, or expiration. We may retain limited audit data for safety and abuse prevention. We are not required to notify you if your content is removed.

7. Reporting

Users can report content. Reports are used to reduce visibility or remove content. Abuse of the reporting system is prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data

We collect technical information such as IP address, timestamps, and a session identifier to operate the service, prevent abuse, and generate aggregate metrics. For privacy requests, contact us at privacy@gr4affiti.com.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gr4ffiti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Gr4ffiti harmless from any claims arising out of your content or use of the service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
